A couple months ago, a friend asked whether I had photographed any "Mommy and Me" sessions. I honestly hadn't thought about that specific niche, and I didn't have any gallery images to show. So I did what I always do in these situations: I recruited my family members!
In addition to being quite photogenic, my daughter-in-law is one of the sweetest, most accommodating people I know. Our grand children all inherited mom's good looks, so after juggling schedules the idea turned into a plan: we would do a "Mommy and Me" session at Baltimore's Inner Harbor, and I would bribe them with a seafood dinner.
The weather was perfect, and the late afternoon sun gave us amazing light. Once they relaxed and stopped trying to "pose", their natural interactions and genuine personalities started coming through. This is the essence of what I want my photography to do: making people look their best and allowing their true personalities to shine.
I love what I do, and I would love to do this for you and your children as well! Fall is a great time to get outdoors with your children and make some special memories. Please reach out and let me know when you would like to schedule your own "Mommy and Me" (or "Daddy and Me") session!
